Effective 19 September 2026

Terms & conditions

These terms govern your access to the Streetwear City website and every order placed through it. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced here.

01. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, scrape it at scale, or use its content for an unauthorised commercial purpose.

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your purchase.

02. Accounts and information

Information supplied at checkout or through an account must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed using your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our business.

03. Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, sizing, colors, and photographs accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and production runs may cause reasonable visual differences. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it, and we may limit quantities to support fair access to a release.

04. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless another currency is clearly shown. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are presented before order submission where they can be calculated.

Payment must be authorised by the payment provider. We may carry out reasonable fraud and security checks and may decline or cancel a transaction that cannot be verified.

05. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A binding sale is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.

We may reject or cancel an order affected by stock errors, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an obvious website error. Any captured amount for a cancelled item will be refunded.

06. Delivery, returns, and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

07. Promotions and gift cards

Promotions may have stated dates, eligible products, locations, minimum spend, or usage limits. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied after an order is submitted.

We may cancel a promotion or code affected by fraud, technical error, or misuse while honouring rights already accrued under applicable law.

08. Intellectual property

The Streetwear City name, logos, artwork, product graphics, photography, videos, copy, and website design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit this material without prior written permission. Product resale does not transfer rights in our branding or creative work.

09. Liability and availability

We take reasonable care in operating the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern fairly and promptly.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The version displayed when an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
